CSP becomes slightly laggy and jittery when streaming on Discord

Here's the main issue. When streaming on Discord using the "Screens" option, CSP runs flawless. When streaming on Discord using the "Applications" option it suddenly has slightly worse performance. This issue randomly popped up one day as prior to this i was able to stream art with friends with no problems. It's weird that only streaming an application has issues but it runs fine with streaming your entire screen.
Has anyone experienced this and is there an easy fix I can try? Thanks in advance :)
