First freeze after starting the program

When you first start the program, the color is white and the tools are fixed as text. Also, the file name always appears as Illustration 6. Is there any solution for this? I would like to set it so that the colors and tools used before the program ended are displayed.

If you exit the program correctly, the color and tool settings that you were using before exiting will remain.
