The application stops responding when opening or saving a file. An information window appears and the program stops.
I couldn't capture it, so I took the picture from the internet. That window just pops up.
I don't have any recently downloaded materials. Is this a program problem?

13 days agoMicrosoft has long since stopped supporting Windows 7, so why not give it up?
The support period for Windows 10 has already ended for two years.
