Is there a way to add downloaded assets to the basic windows?

For instance I downloaded a pencil. Can I move it to where the standard pencil options that come with Clip Studio Paint are? Right now I've only got a couple assets downloaded, but eventually it's going to get extremely annoying to navigate the downloaded tab once I download more.

Drag it from material panel to desired subtool panel (try with holding CTRL+drag as well if not working).
Then ,y ou can arrange subtools how ever you want, drag the tools around the tools palette and drop them in desired categories.- English
