Brush downloaded in "Search for materials"
You can drag it to "sub tool" and use it as a tool
I know, "There is a brush not added even if dragged"
While dragging, the + icon appears under the cursor, but it disappears when released and there is no appearance added
I tried it all along thought with other tools, but it was useless
Form and the like seems to have not changed with the brush that could be added, I do not know what is the cause

5 years agoThe latest version of CLIP STUDIO PAINT is 1.7.4
The 1.7.4 updater can be downloaded at the following location
https://www.clip-studio.com/clip_site/download/clipstudiopaint/cspupdater
Sub-tools also have detailed settings according to CLIP STUDIO PAINT updates
In the past versions, compatibility has been lost and things that can not be used are made
I think that there is no choice but to give up if there is a reason to keep the version at 1.5.6
There are cases where the phenomenon can be corrected in case of simple trouble
Close CLIP STUDIO PAINT
Open CLIP STUDIO
Click the gear icon at the top right of CLIP STUDIO and select "Rebuild Material Database" from "Maintenance Menu"
Wait for database reconstruction to end
When you finish, open CLIP STUDIO PAINT
Please try to drag and drop from the material palette onto the sub rule palette
If you still can not do it please try the latest version
Please tell me what materials can not be registered if you like
