I can't draw until I get to the edge of the board tab
Then, with the XXPEN board tab, in order to draw at the edge of the screen, you have to physically place the pen to the edge of the board to be able to draw. When using Wacom, I was able to draw on the board by moving the pen in the center of the board, even if I was drawing at the edges, by pulling the pen.
I also downloaded XXPEN on Windows 11. Wacom was not originally installed.
I'm sorry that I couldn't explain it well.
I'm sorry, but I would be very grateful if you could let me know.

14 days agoI don't use XP-PEN, so I'm sorry if I'm off the mark, but:
1. What happens when you turn on the checkbox in [File → Preferences → Tablet → Tablet operation area] in the top menu of Crysta and touch the items there? Try changing the combination of turning on the radio buttons (round buttons).
After changing the combination, please restart Crysta just to be sure. (You can also use a PC if it's not too much trouble)
2. If there is a setting like the one above on the pen tablet settings screen, try setting it. I think there is an explanation on the manufacturer's website.
3. Also, why not try the FAQ below? (Please also check the items that indicate Windows 10)
＞[Windows/macOS] Coordinates shift when drawing/pen pressure is not detected - CLIP STUDIO Official Support https://support.clip-studio.com/ja-jp/faq/articles/20190023
If you don't understand or none of the questions apply to you, please continue writing from the "Post your answer" button below and you may receive an answer from someone using XP-PEN.
(*If you are referring to a driver that was not installed from the beginning, please install the driver on Wacom or XP-PEN. This may cause it to not work properly, and you may need to configure the various settings there. There are also)
14 days agoDear shiinan
Thank you for your reply immediately.
I'm embarrassed to say that when I used Wacom (used), I didn't even download or even install the driver.
I think you were using it like you would use a mouse. So I was able to hover the pen and place the cursor where I wanted to draw.
For XXPEN (new), I downloaded the driver, extracted it, and installed it.
However, even though I want to lift the pen and place the cursor on it, the cursor does not move.
I'm very sorry to ask this question, but could this be a pen tablet?
14 days agoIf you want to use a mouse, please try doing it as written by Usapyon.
If you want to use it with a pen, could you please try what I wrote above?
In addition to what I wrote at the beginning,
4. I think there are items like mapping and aspect ratio on the pen tablet driver settings screen, but is there a place where you can select between mouse or pen? If so, try selecting [Pen] there.
I'm sorry if all of the above doesn't apply to you, but you may be able to isolate where it doesn't work, so please give it a try if you'd like.
If all of 1 to 4 do not apply to you, I think it will be easier to get an answer if you post a screenshot of the settings screen (for the items written above) for both the Crysta and pen tablet driver.

It's done! !
I checked the mouse mode on the tablet's settings screen.
If this was all I did, the pointer would start to tremble at the bottom of the screen.
On the Crysta side, I tried various radio buttons from the environment settings you taught me, and checked the coordinate detection mode.
Then, the pen moved like a mouse! !
I thought I was going to give up, but I'm so happy that I was able to do it! !
I was able to do it thanks to the warm and helpful advice from both of you.
thank you very much! !
