I want to export in JPEG format to submit to a manga award,
but what quality value should I use?

Is it ok to leave it at "100"?

    At 100 (= no degradation).
What I'm more concerned about is the output size. If you're submitting an image for publication, I think the standard is to export at full size,
but have you made it significantly smaller using the output size specification at the bottom? It seems that the full size (the size at which you drew the manuscript) is 100%, and it has been reduced to 15.88%.
Is this an online submission? If so, halftone tones etc. will have moiré, and either way I think it's best to check the submission guidelines.

I see, so at "100" there is no degradation.
Since it's grayscale, there's no need to worry about moire, but maybe I should have used halftone tones in the first place...
