Frame border color

I'm trying to split a frame on my iPad, but I can't do it properly.
When I select the frame border folder from the layer, I want to make the inner border black like in the first image, but no matter how many times I try, it turns out to be a gray color like in the second image, and if I continue to split the frame border or split the frame, the frame border will not have any color like in the third image.
When I create a frame using the rectangular frame in the frame creation function, the frame border will be black like in the fourth image.
I want to make the frame border black, but is there something I need to set?
I looked into it but couldn't find a solution, so if anyone knows, please let me know.
Thank you in advance.

As stated in your first post, when you create a frame folder, are the borders uncolored?
Depending on the canvas size and resolution, the lines may be too thin to see.
Is the normal size (canvas size A4 or B4) set to 600dpi or 1200dpi?
After selecting the object tool, check [Draw borders] in the tool property palette, and set the brush size to an appropriate thickness. Does that make any difference?
The unit may be set to "px" in the preferences.
In that case, 0.6px is too thin, so please specify a thicker value.
