Basically I downloaded a material from clip studio assets I moved it to the canvas, And for some reason I can't edit it move it delete it or unlock it it's just there it's stuck and I can't get rid of it on top of that I also can't edit the canvas anymore, I can't change the canvas size and I can't crop the canvas.
Tried multiple methods but none of them worked the only one that actually did was undo but that's no longer an option because I forgot it was there and I can no longer undo it.

I can't rasterize it , layer settings doesn't work either, and I can't cut it from the canvas directly.

I don't think anyone can verify it unless you provide the content ID number downloaded from ASSETS.
It's basically unclear whether it's suitable for the crade you're using (for example, materials that are incompatible with the DEBUT version...)

Content Id is 1896954 Which is was caused the problem. Also it says this every time I open the file.

It seems that the layer property function is being used.
If the grade of CLIP STUDIO PAINT is "Debut", this function cannot be used.

In reality, it would be better to make it so that materials with functions that cannot be used cannot be dropped into the layer palette, but at the moment there does not seem to be such a stopper, so I think it is probably not possible to delete them.

Please request it from the official support.

If you have a smartphone, you should be able to install CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
You can use the EX grade for free for 30 hours per month, so why not install it without downloading extra materials?

If you have the same account as your PC, you can upload your work to the cloud from CLIP STUDIO START (Clip Studio) and share it on your smartphone.

If you remove the layer of the material on your phone, save it with the option to save it in compatible format, upload it to the cloud and share it, you may be able to edit it with Debut on your PC (there is no guarantee, so please try copying and saving it).

I have clip studio pro 2.0 so it's not a debut problem

For example, in the case of Ver.2.0.6, the PRO version does not work, but the EX version opens without any problems. (I have not tried Ver.2.3.4.)

It may be that the material provider has put it in the wrong category, so why not contact official support to inquire about the truth of this?

Report the material. Make sure to describe the problem. If it is not compatible faulty or registered wrong (stamps are brushes, not layers) the uploader will be contacted like in a day and forced to either fix it or take it down. It will be way faster than wrestling with support.

it looks like the layer is locked, have you tried unlocking it?

A while ago, I dropped a material containing incompatible content into the layer palette and a similar situation occurred.
I think unlocking was also invalid on incompatible grades and devices.
I think it would have been possible to return to normal by undoing it when you noticed, but maybe it's already too late (?

Hijiki Desuwa said that he was able to use it in EX, so if you can install it on your phone, it's automatically EX, so you might be able to use the free time to discard the layer.

I found a solution I mean kind of I just copied all the layers that weren't affected and pasted it to a new canvas and then I resaved it at the same thing Didn't really solve the root of the problem but it bypassed it I guess
