Some shortcut keys don't work

I was using the left-hand device with an iPad Pro, and suddenly some of the shortcut keys stopped working.
However, it's not that they don't respond at all, but when I press the button that I thought didn't work, the cursor moves to the image shortcut key settings of Fill → Color Mix → Eraser. I tried deleting the key assignment and setting it again, but it didn't work.

I also reset the shortcut keys, restarted the device, and checked whether it was the latest version, but it didn't solve the problem. I also bought a new left-hand device, but the result was the same.

If anyone knows how to solve this problem, please let me know.

iPad Pro 12.9 inch 4th generation
Software used: Clip Studio Paint 3.0.6
Left-hand device: Iclever numeric keypad (details below)

    I think NumLock is on.
When NumLock is on, it switches to the arrows written below the numbers or Home and PageUp input.
Therefore, even if you assign shortcuts to the numbers, they will not work.

As the Amazon video points out, please check that the number lights in the upper right corner of the numeric keypad are on.

    Thank you!
