How to control paper movement

I am experiencing inconvenience because the paper (at the bottom of the layer palette) in the Cltu Canvas is moving differently than intended.
While I'm drawing, the paper moves in various directions on the canvas, so I can't concentrate on the drawing.
My drawing gloves were worn out, so I bought new ones and put them on, but the same thing happened again.
Why is that so? I am waiting for a solution from experts.
