Pen pressure not working no matter what?

It seems like CSP software is not recognizing my huion hs610 pen tablet. I am on windows 10. I have toggled these settings back and forth, turned on and off windows ink. Uninstalled and reinstalled both my pen tablet driver and CSP. No luck, it only sees my pen tablet as another mouse. I have restored csp back to all its default settings still no luck. Both my pc and clip studio paint are up to date; I cannot figure out why this is happening. (used g pen and my pressure testing brush)- even tried adjusting pressure directly in the subtool for brushes. Still nothing.

Looking at the FAQ, it seems that most of the solutions have been tried.

Sometimes it can be fixed just by restarting the tablet driver, so please try that.
I'm not a Huion user, so I'll give an example of Wacom. With Wacom, start WacomCeter and click the gear on the screen to restart the driver.
If you don't have it, go to Windows Control Panel → Windows Tools → Services, find something related to Huion from the items, and select it.

If the FAQ and restarting the tablet don't work, I think it's difficult to solve the problem with Ask, so I think it would be better to ask the manufacturer support of Huion or CELSYS.
