clip studio keeps crashing when I click login

Simply put : Clip Studio (NOT Clip studio paint - aka the program where you actually paint), keeps freezing when I try to login to download materials from the asset store.

I've about had it with this stupid problem; this isn't an issue when the material itself is available all the time, but sometimes creators make some materials become free for a limited time, and this stupid issue is just a thorn in my side if it keeps happening. I don't know is causing this issue, nothing is giving me an answer - I've been looking for a solution for MONTHS at this point, and it seems as though no one else is running into this ridiculous problem but me.

I've tried installing and uninstalling, which seemed to work for a time, but the problem reared it's head again. I will NOT be reinstalling the program every time I run into this problem. Again, this isn't the program itself, but the Clip Studio program where you can download brushes and view everything else that has to do with Clip studio paint be it from news to available updates.

The image attached is how the program freezes up - it goes to "please wait" and just doesn't work anymore. I can't even close it when clicking 'x' , i have to force shut it from the Task Manager. I would appreciate help.

I'm not sure if it will fix the problem, but please try it if you like.
Or, don't try it and contact official support.

With CLIP STUDIO and CSP closed:

    - Update Windows and security software to exclude CLIP STUDIO and CSP from security software monitoring
    - Update Microsoft Edge and delete (or reset) the cache even if it is not your main browser.
    - Turn on cookies
    - Turn off VPN or proxy if you are using it
    - Restart your PC after the above operations → Start CLIP STUDIO

If it does not improve, I think the fastest way to solve the problem is to contact official support.
If you have more to say, you can write it from "Post an Answer" below.

    There is a FAQ.
If the FAQ does not solve your problem, please contact support with the subject line, so if you write the subject line and ask support, they will show you a solution.
