Upgrade to two devices for perpetual license

I use Clip on my PC, but I'm a collage student and will be taking digital art classes sooner or later. I want to easily be able to work on pieces both on my iPad and computer since I obviously can't bring my whole PC to class every day. I have a perpetual Pro license on my PC that says one device only, is there any way to upgrade it so I can have two? I'm trying to not have to pay any more subscriptions as well.

21 days agoOnly Windows and Mac/OS can switch between two devices with a permanent license.
For iPad, there is no other way than to continue paying for a subscription contract.
