How to set first page as number 1?

When I go to change the settings I get an error message that says
« Error - Change project settings
Fanzine settings are being used,
but this setting cannot be used for fanzine print data.
Check the following information and change the setting.
• Set the start number of folio to 1. »
And when I looked it up online, it said to change the « use of work » but I don’t see the option in my project settings
