Lost your activation code?

I don't remember when I bought it, but I bought the download version, probably ver.3.0, in one lump sum payment with my credit card. I probably accidentally deleted the email with the activation code at that time. (I checked the email but it wasn't there.) I finished drawing something I was in the middle of with the trial version, closed the software, and tried to switch to the purchased version, but a screen appeared urging me to purchase something I hadn't purchased. Is there any insurance that I can get from here?

You can get a license by copying and pasting the activation code included in the email on the following website:
    https://ec.clip-studio.com/ja-jp/activation-codes/
Didn't you convert it to a license?
If you have a license, it will be listed here.

Why don't you explain the situation to support and ask them to send you another email?

I don't want to say it publicly, but I think it probably works even in the trial version if the "Enable canvas recovery" preference is enabled at the specified time, so
    C:\Users\Your account name\AppData\Roaming\CELSYSUserData\CELSYS\CLIPStudioPaintData\RecoveryBackup
The data you worked on probably exists here as randomly named clip data.
It will disappear when you close PAINT.

I think you can put it in the backup folder for Mac from here.
