For some reason the scroll bar on my sub tool menu keeps gradually receding until i can barely even touch it. I've narrowed down the cause to either swapping Clip Studio between my monitors, having too many tabs open, or both. And the only solution I've found has been turning CSP off and on again.
Is there a way to fix this issue without reloading?
