I upgraded my iPad 2 to EX, but my PC was not upgraded.

I completed the annual upgrade of 2 devices to iPad and paid for it.
The PC originally used the unlimited pro version.
I thought it would be upgraded to Ex, but it didn't.
It says that I don't have an Ex license in my account.
Please help.
