When entering text, shortcut keys do not work at all.

I'm working with Clip Studio, and suddenly the text input shortcut keys (Mac: command
+C, command+V, command+X) don't work.
The menu appears in the menu-edit and works when I click on it, but it doesn't work when I type the reply key with the keyboard.
The input status is also in English, and when I first run the program, it works without a problem, but at some point the text shortcut keys stop working.
Other shortcut keys work fine, but only the text input shortcut keys cause an error.
What could be the problem?
