14 days agoDepends what kind of style do you want to reach?
If you want to make something realistic like on the picture then no it miss a lot of steps.
If you want to do anime style it's great begin but you can improve by studying more colors and lightings. There is no just flat and shadow. There is way more. I suggest you to check tutorial sections of clip studio paint I am sure there is a ton to learn more on that. Good luck
