I think you misunderstood,
I paid for this upgrade already, So do I uninstall the Pro version and install the EX version? And what about Poser 12 there is a serial for that.

You say you have v2 Pro. You bought a physical version of v1 EX. v1 EX is an older version then your v2 Pro. It is both an upgrade and a downgrade (you increased the grade (Pro to EX) but you decreased the version (2 to 1)).
To use the license for EX you just bought, you need to install v1 (downloadable from the CSP website). You cannot have 2 versions installed at the same time, so v2 would get uninstalled. There could be file compatibility issues going backwards in versions, and any features added in v2 will not be available in v1.
Once you redeem the serial number, you can purchase a v1 EX to v2 EX upgrade and have v2 again. Or you can purchase an annual Update Pass and use the most recent version.
