I am currently using the upgrade plan for Kaitori PRO Ver3.1.4 (Win), and recently purchased an Android tablet, which I am using with the PRO 1 device annual plan. I would like to upgrade both to the EX plan by combining them into a 2 device plan, but for the 2 device plan, it says "The Android tablet cannot be used as a second device with the purchase plan."
So (if the Android tablet can be used on 2 devices), will I have to apply for a new annual or monthly 2 device plan? If I replace it, what about the illustrations I have drawn so far? It also says that I can switch to a new plan for the difference in price, but I don't really understand it. I don't know where to start or what to do...
(When I tried to apply from the contract information on the CLIP STUDIO site, there was no "Change plan" button)
Sorry for the confusing question, thank you in advance.

3 days agoThe "update plan" and the "monthly usage plan" are different plans, so are they mixed up?
The one-time unlimited version and the update plan can be used on either Windows or Mac computers, so they cannot be used on other OSs.
And there is no plan change for the update plan. The monthly usage plan can be changed.

If you want to prioritize "consolidate into a 2-device plan and upgrade both to EX",
I think you should change the monthly usage plan to the EX 2-device plan and use it on Windows and Android.
There is also a way to do this: Windows: contract for an update plan after upgrading to EX, Android: change the plan to EX with a monthly usage plan,
but I think it depends on the conditions, such as whether you want to consolidate your contracts or get it cheaper, and how much you use, so please consider it carefully.- Japanese

3 days agoEven if you cancel or change your license or plan, your works and settings will remain intact unless you uninstall the app, so please rest assured.
(Please note that works and settings will remain even if you uninstall the app on a PC, but will disappear on a smartphone or tablet.)- Japanese
