Wacom pen draws when hovering over tablet.

We are having an issue of the wacom pen drawing while hovering and not even touching the tablet.
1) All drivers are updated. Running on Windows 10.
2)Already pulled the nib and gently tapped it a few time on the old pen and the brand new pen. Same issue on both pens.
3) Works fine on other drawing programs. It's only in clip studio.
4) We have uninstalled and reinstalled the program .
5) Disabled onedrive as it was using up a lot of ram on the computer.
6) checked the sensitivity and the wintablet to pctablet
Any other ideas of what this issue would be? It just started doing this a couple days ago after clip studio crashed the computer.
