How to display thumbnails in Clip Studio Paint

I am using macOC, EX (one-time purchase).
Since about two months ago, when I create a new work or update existing data only in Clip Studio Paint, the thumbnail changes to the Clip Studio Paint icon.
After researching and trying various things, I found that upgrading from version 2.0 (current version) to 3.0 would solve the problem.
However, when I try to start it again the next day, it says "Your license does not support this" and I cannot open the canvas, and I have to purchase it for a fee to upgrade to version 3.0... I can use it if I go back to 2.0, but if the thumbnails do not appear, I cannot see what I was drawing or which picture I want to resume, and it is stressful to have to open it.
I am satisfied with the current version, and I am a little reluctant to pay 7,200 yen just to display the thumbnails. If there is a solution other than upgrading, I would like to hear it.
Thank you in advance.

The reason is that thumbnails could no longer be displayed due to a macOS version upgrade.

You can display thumbnails by reverting the macOS version to a previous one. When reverting the OS version, apps and data will be lost, so please proceed with caution.
