Can I Slide The Canvas As Tho It Is On Ice?

I'm currently switching from Photoshop to CSP for drawing (I use a pen and tablet). In Photoshop, I could set it so that I could use the hand tool to sorta slide the canvas across the screen a bit, as though it was a hockey puck on ice. I got used to that and now using the hand tool to move the canvas, just has it stop suddenly in place, as soon as I let go. It there a setting in CSP that will let me go back to sliding the canvas? I really miss it. Thank you!

18 days agoIs it the action of scrolling with inertia when dragging with the palm tool? I don't think so.
