I made an animation and downloaded it but when I open it again it won't let me draw on what I already made

11 days agoCan you take a screenshot of the entire screen using the built-in Windows screenshot function instead of a handheld camera, and post the image in the answer section of this question?
I'd especially like to know about the layer palette.
Have you selected a layer that can be drawn on?
