ClipStudio Modeller Wrists rotation bones issue

I'm trying to adapt an FBX model with skeleton from Blender into a default clip studio bones and keep getting this issue: whenever I try to rotate the wrist in the red axis, the bones' weight paint does not transform correctly (as if the finger bones are not connected to palm bone, even tho, when I move the palm fingers follow the palm bone). Other bones work adapt quite well, except these finger bones.

I have tried to mess with hierarchy of bones, swap connected\keep offset in blender before exporting to FBX, but nothing helped . Also it is visible, that the green CSP skeleton does not match the model itself, however, the pose and transformations apply correctly to a model despite the CSP skeleton being outside.

You should show original skeleton in blender instead. Modeler has its own way of showing offset bones that does not equal the original bones so it is impossible to tell what went wrong. You could be having too many bones or you could have forgotten to parent the bones. And it looks really weird that you have only two bones for each finger. There should be three.
