hot keys and drawing pad aren't working

I can draw but none of my hot keys work, but I can't use the pen out of the canvas. which means no buttons (unless i go to it by mousepad) it works ONLY where I can draw at. I don't understand what i did AT ALL. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it still hasn't changed :[

18 days agoCould you please clarify what "hotkeys" you are referring to?
Are you referring to shortcut keys or modifier keys set in CLIP STUDIO PAINT?
Or are you referring to physical extension keys like those on a pen tablet or the side buttons on a tablet pen?

18 days agothe hotkeys are the ones on my drawing pad!! i dont know much about what stuff is called on clip studio </3
so far i've given my drawing pad administrative access (apparently that's what i did with clip studio paint 😭 however, it only semi fixed the issue. i can go off where i paint and use my hotkeys but that's until i use the eraser or click a different drawing tool, whether it be from paint to sketch or different pens. i had also looked at that FAQ earlier i'm afraid it didnt change anything for me :( i appreciate the suggestion though :D- English

18 days agoPlease write down the product name and model number of the drawing pad.
When I searched for drawing pad, the only results I got were XPPen Magic Drawing Pad and ugee Android products.
It says Windows, so that's not what you're talking about, right?
If you're using a separate pen tablet, please write down the product name and model number.
