Offline despite being connected

My Clip Studio worked fine on Windows 10 until recently. I tried re-instailling the app, having only one built-in antivirus program (WIndows Defender), upgrading my Microsoft Edge browser, making exceptions in my Internet Firewall access, but nothing worked, though the Offline message appeared despite having access to the Internet in other apps.
I found some similar cases and one of the solutions implied waiting.
What else can I do?

    I've also seen cases where the problem has been solved by the answer "If you're using a VPN, try connecting without using it."
    If you've tried everything and it doesn't work, please ask CELSYS support for instructions, as it's difficult to solve the problem by asking.
