I am working on a comic I plan to upload to Webtoon, but I am having problems with how it looks in the preview.
My Canvas size is B5, 182.00 width, 257.00 height, 600 resolution, and Unit: mm. Webtoon allows images under 800x1280px, so I assumed this was okay to post.
The top image is what it looks like on my canvas. The bottom image is what it looks like when I upload it to Webtoons. It looks like this for the PC preview and the Mobile preview. What can I do to fix this?

The problem is you are using quality for real life print without accounting that phone screens are not the same as paper. You can get away with color pieces, but not with manga.

Export at 800, 72-300 dpi and check it on your phone. You need to have dots way bigger to not cause moire on a screen so small and avoid dithering as much as possible or it will be smushed. Best to use noise or pure grey, followed by some fat dots if you must. Also webtoon reduces quality reducing number of colors,dpi and smoothing/pixelating areas with color transition, which in your case are your tiny tones. It is annoying on color images already, but will be worse on manga tones. Check other people who upload manga and what tones they use to get references.

All you need to do is reduce tone density from layer settings ir try turning it off. Image tones may have a grey version or you can try replacing them, but as long as they are not tiny it should be alright. Then test quality with export settings. If panels small and details are intricate, like small lines it may look blurry when downsized, but if you do quality reduction yourself it should be minimal.

You should keep high quality files if you plan to print and experiment with export settings instead.

Where's the export settings? Every time I go to File>export (single layer), it doesn't give me the option to add any settings to test the quality.
