Clip Studio paint EX ver 4 no longer loads(imports) FBX files.

First, I should say I’m on an iPad using Clip Studio paint EX version four.
I was able to import FBX files just fine until recently in version four of Clip Studio EX paint.
It will still import object files, but FBX files are grayed out in the file app so they can’t be imported. Why is this happening? It was working fine before this is something I count on in my workflow so I need to get this working again. Please help if you can Thank you.
Many of the files (FBX) that downloaded fine in the past now will not import. HELP!

If the FBX file is not composed of shaders that conform to Clip Studio, it will be grayed out like that.

Not all textures are reproduced in FBX, and if no color or texture is assigned to the base color item, it will be displayed gray in CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

I think you need to import the FBX into a 3D software such as Blender on a PC, set the material color and texture to the base color, and then re-export it as FBX.

If it's a 3D object downloaded from a 3D site, the OBJ format may be simpler.

I’m afraid I mislead you by the term “greyed out” I was using it to mean unable to be chosen (selected) to be opened.
I am using an iPad iOS 18 Clip Studio Paint EX ver 4 yearly subscription.
Clip studio paint EX v 4 but can not open the FX files like it could before. the same FBX file can be opened on my desk top using EX version 1.9.11. And then opened as a clip file on the iPad but I cannot open the FBX file on the iPad version 4. I can open the object file from the same 3d modeler with no problem on CPS v4 iPad.
(on the iPad I can open the same fbx file in other apps but not Clip Studio V4 EX.) I hope you understand the problem now. Unable to open FBX files.
I am using Cheetah 3D version 7.5.3 the FBX file is FBX version 6.1.0. As I said Clip Studio 4 on the iPad has stopped opening these FBX files. I need a fix for this. Please help me.
This seemed alright a few days ago.

Sorry, but how do you load FBX files into the canvas?

I think the most common way to load FBX files is through File menu > Import > 3D data, but does this mean that the FBX file is greyed out and cannot be selected when loading it this way?

Or does it mean that the FBX file is not even displayed?

    Have you restarted your iPad?

If you still cannot load FBX, it is likely that some kind of problem has occurred with the iPad version of Ver.4.

If possible, please provide a screenshot or something that shows why you cannot select FBX.

I think it's okay to contact the official support.

Sorry if I'm wrong, I don't own an iPad so I'm not sure, but does this mean that the FBX file is on the cloud?

If so, why not try downloading it to your device and then loading it?

    >I think it's okay to contact the official support.

Yes, there's no problem, so I think you should contact the official support.

Japan is in the middle of a long weekend, so the response may be a little slow.
