Hi, I've just bought a plan and after that tried to download the app (it's my first time), however it keeps saying the app isn't compatible with my device (Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite) isn't there any solution? That's so disappointing honestly.

25 days agoIf I'm not mistaken, looking at the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, it's Android 13, so I think it's within the operating environment.

If you have a perpetual license, it is for PC only, so it is not eligible. Please check.
