Constant failed to upload to cloud error

Hello! I’ve been getting the failed to upload file to cloud error consistently for months now trying to sync files from my iPad to my pc (win11) and vise versa. I’ve tried pretty much everything under the sun to fix it and nothing has solved it so far. ( changing timezone, checking wifi, changing file names, increasing cloud storage, excluding clip studio from windows defender, etc,etc.) I’ve been chatting with support for over a week now and it’s improved a bit (instead of every file it’s only some of them) but it’s still an intermittent issue with some files sometimes syncing and sometimes not, some files never syncing at all, and some files completely fine. It’s becoming really difficult to work with this since I do this for work and clip is the only program I use, it’s affecting deadlines and becoming a headache, so I would really like to solve this issue before I have to wipe all my files from my devices and start over or something. Any ideas or advice would be much appreciated, thank you!
