File Not Syncing to Cloud

I have had this problem for a long time. Basically, when I try to update the cloud, I always get the pictured error. It is very annoying. How do I fix this? I’ve aksed this question before and got no answers. I use a Mac and an iPad and am trying to sync from the Mac to the iPad.

    How large is the file? Some people in the past have reported issues uploading large files to the cloud, so take a look at https://ask.clip-studio.com/en-us/detail?id=80776 and see if those steps help. You can also try saving a copy of the file under a different name and uploading the copy, which some people have said works when one specific file doesn't upload. If neither of those works, try the steps at https://support.clip-studio.com/en-us/faq/articles/20200006 if you haven't already. Lastly, if nothing else works, the only option would be to contact official support at https://support.clip-studio.com/en-us/contact and see if they can help you.

    The file is 33.1 MB. It is not a specific file that has trouble uploading, it’s a recurring issue that has lasted for months. Also, I do not get an error code.
