Color Profile Preview settings not changing

So my color preview settings are not working(I have a windows 10 laptop). So at some point I noticed how my painting looked over saturated after I exported it online a viewed it. To keep this short I changed the color settings to (TPLCD_41E1_SDR) and that fixed everything for the moment. Since every time you start a new project you have to put in the preview settings this had worked for a while but today I went to go do that when they wouldn't change. Apparently it changes for some color settings but for the one I want it does not change it just switches it to the wrong color settings. Like if i press (E1) it switches to (F0) I don't know what to do anymore.
