Inversion changes the line thickness

When you invert the canvas, the lines drawn on the vector layer automatically become thicker.
To avoid this,

Select [Preferences] from the [File] menu.
In the [Preferences] dialog, select [Canvas] → [Operation].
Uncheck [Change vector thickness when transforming].
Click [OK].

I found something like this, but I can't find the corresponding item.
Where should I start looking from here...
Also, if there are any other solutions, please let me know.

I checked and it is probably a specification.
When drawing on a vector layer with a brush material with texture,
I think that due to the nature of the vector, some things may not be processed correctly.

Even with paper quality OFF, if there is a brush texture, it becomes strange when transforming and flipping left and right.

For textured brushes, rasterize the vector layer,
and after converting it to a raster layer, there is no problem with editing → transforming → flipping left and right.
I think it is a specification, so the current workaround is as follows.
    ・Transform after rasterizing
    ・Draw with something without texture

I think that "Change vector thickness" is ON by default,
but I don't think this is particularly affected by the flipping left and right process.
