I dont have a license and it doesnt let me get one

I started using the 1 month free plan from Clip Studio, and now it already expired.
So i want to pay for the monthy plan, but I already signed up and still it doesn’t let me pay.
It only says “I dont have a license” and when I try to tap into other options, it doesn,t respond; its just a blank screen.
I use Clip Studio on my iPad Pro

Please make sure that you have not mistakenly installed CLIP STUDIO PAINT for iPhone (for smartphones) on your iPad.
If you have already purchased a license, please check using the method below.
Please do not attach any images that contain personal information, such as order numbers, to ASK.
If you upload any images, they will be deleted.
