It's not the same for all PC environments, but it works without any problems. Or rather, it works (right in front of me).
For Surface, you need to choose in the environment settings whether to use the MS genuine pen (Tablet PC) or the Wacom pen (Wintab).
It's best to think that full-on 3D games are almost impossible to play on the ARM version of Windows, so you should choose based on your usage.
