Previously, I purchased the unlimited version of EX ver4.0, but I wanted to use it on my Chromebook, which I had been using on Windows, so I tried to log in on my Chromebook, but it said "This device cannot be used." I would like to know if the Chromebook itself is not compatible, or if I will only be able to use it on the Windows PC I used before.

Only subscription plans are supported for Chromebooks.
The unlimited license is limited to Windows and Mac PCs.
