16 days agoIf you're in Clip Studio Start, with the assets and tips, click Draw, which is to the left on desktop or at the bottom on a phone.
The app will give you the option to start a new art. On desktop once you've clicked Draw, click File > New, and the dialog should pop up to let you enter dimensions.- English

Only original images that are the poster's own work may be attached.
If you are presenting it as reference material, you may include a link URL.
