My registration code isnt correct

I recently bought the pro version and received a code in my email but when i put the code in the program, it isn't compatible. The one that was sent to me has three, 5 letter segments that when i put in, it says "Please enter your 12- or 13-character activation code."

16 days agoThe code you received via email appears to be a "purchase code" (like a receipt), not an activation code.
To find the 13-digit activation code, log in to the Clip Studio website, go to Account, Manage Subscription Plans, and then find the serial number in the list of perpetual licenses you own.- Korean

16 days agoThere are no codes for subscriptions. A code is sent only for perpetual licenses and can be found in an email.
You will not see any codes in your account because the code is one time use and is not a license.- English

16 days agoThat code appears to be an "activation code" that you register on the Clip Studio website. (There was a translation error.)

15 days agoI did make a one time purchase for the pro purchase and did receive an activation code for it, that code has 13 letters. i tried all the three suggestions and both give the same result. the activation code simply doesnt work and says "Please enter your 12- or 13-character activation code." even when i put the code in. i tried on both the website and the app. i think the activation code is defective and needs replacing.
