Cannot open JPG in Sub View

Hello! I have been using the Sub View feature for months now and yesterday it suddenly didn't let me upload a JPG file? It only works with one specific picture though. Apparently other JPGs are fine even though they are the same format. Please help?

15 days agoThe file you're trying to load may not be in JPG format.
It may actually be PNG data, so try duplicating the file,
switching Explorer to display the file extensions, and then renaming the file to .png.
