Hello I had the premium plan that is eligible for 4 devices that included smartphones. I had attempted to renew my plan and states my payment could not go through. When trying to go back in to pay for the premium plan again it says it does not work with smartphones. Also I already have a license. My plan just expired but I am having issues paying for a new premium plan
