Clipstudio animation exporting with green bar and broken lines

Whenever I export an animation, the lines become broken and a large green bar appears beneath the animation. I export it as a Movie (mp4) and my saves are linked to the cloud. I have changed the resolution, linked it to the cloud, and done everything I can think of. I can animate normally, but the problems occur when I try to export. I do not have an overlapping subscription and am using EX. My Clipstudio is updated and I have tried redownloading it. I'm stuck and need to be able to export animations.

    Showing the results alone will not identify the cause.
    You can request official support to inspect the animation canvas that you say is fine.

    The canvas appears totally normal, and I have included a picture of a test frame and the result once exported. I have been unable to find anyone with this issue, and have submitted a message for help as directed via your link.

    So, no matter how many times you show a rough, scribbled canvas screen or a movie of the results, it's pointless. Showing the entire operation screen only gives you a superficial understanding.
