Refund on Update Pass

Hello, everyone! I upgraded to the update pass a few days ago but realized it only works for windows on my laptop, but I want to use it for my iPad. I uninstalled it from my computer and bought an update pass for iOS but I don’t know how to refund the update pass on my laptop which I won’t use.

    An Update Pass is not needed for iOS/Android/Galaxy/Chromebook because those platforms cannot use a Perpetual License. They are subscription only and therefore always have access to the latest version.

    An Update Pass is only for Perpetual Licenses (which is only for Windows and Mac).

    Generally, no refunds are issued, but you need to contact the HelpDesk:

    The only thing I can find are forums. But how do I get a refund for the update pass?

    And where is the "cancel" button? I have clicked on the link you sent me, but I can't find it in the same place.

    Click on either "I would like to return a product" or "Other", then click the blue button "I can't find the answer to my question here (proceed to contact form)." Click the options, then fill out the form.

    Looks like you bought an Update Pass Activation Code, and those are for a fixed term, so there is no Cancel button. It's not a recurring, auto-renewing Update Pass, so there is nothing to cancel, it will end on that date unless you buy another Update Pass code and use it.
