how to transfer a subscription?

So I recently bought a one year EX subscription on my computer, though I recently got a new computer (as my previous one broke), but im unable to transfer the subscription as it says that the serial code is already in use

1 month agoOnce an activation code has been used, the license is permanently linked to your account. Just log in to Clip Studio on your computer and in the license activation screen, choose "I already have a license" then select the subscription. 1 month agoJust so you do not confuse people, subscription indicates an ongoing plan with regular payments and has no serials or codes. If it has a serial that is specifically V1 perpetual license. The two are not the same and have differences when handling them. Serial code is completely different from an activation code and are used differently. An activation code is given for perpetual license, special promotional gifts, and a 1 year plan (currently not on sale).
So in your case we are left guessing what you mean since nothing applies to your description.- English
