Bought dual plan but only my iPad has the plan

I wanted use Csp on my pc so i downloaded it, but still wanted to keep my ipad on the subscription so I upgraded to a dual plan but even though im logged in on both ipad and pc, only my ipad still has the subscription and i cant get it on my pc, it says i need an activation code but i didnt get on

1 month ago- Subscriptions generally do not require an activation code.
- Are you using the same account on your PC and iPad?
By "account," we mean that your account is under the login management of "RaiRomez."
- Are both the iPhone and iPad versions installed on your iPad?
If so, the license may be registered to the iPhone version, so uninstall the iPhone version if you no longer need it.
