Data transfer is only completed halfway

Due to various circumstances, I had to reset my PC and am currently in the process of recovering my data.
I transferred files that I had previously backed up to an external hard drive to the reset PC, but only partially recovered both my artwork files and material data.

All artwork data is saved in the same file, and I've confirmed that the most recent work data has been backed up and that the data is not corrupted and can be opened directly. However, the list of artworks in CLIP STUDIO START only reflects data up to September 2021 (all reflected artworks are marked as "Not Found").

The same is true for materials; the Material window and Subtool window in PAINT have only partially recovered.

The workspace saved just before the reset was also missing from the PAINT workspace tab.

The recovered data includes both cloud-saved and non-cloud-saved data, so the cloud is unlikely to be a factor.

The data save location and file names have never been changed since the beginning, and the copy and paste locations are as per the official guide.
I'm not sure if it's related, but in September 2021, I purchased the PC I reset this time and transferred data from my previous PC. A similar issue occurred then, but since the data was small, I was able to recover it myself. This time, the amount of data is significantly larger, making manual recovery impractical, so I would appreciate any help.

As mentioned above, since I'm restoring the data from a reset, rather than buying a new PC, I can't re-backup.

I've already deleted the Celsys files on my PC and copied and pasted the backup data several times, but nothing has changed.

The PC is running Windows 11, and Clip Studio Paint is version 4.2.0.

This is my first post, so there may be insufficient information, but if you point it out, I'll do my best to include as much as possible, so please let me know.

Thank you in advance.

If the CELSYS folder is in Documents,
when syncing OneDrive (including automatic syncing), CELSYS-related folders may be automatically moved to OneDrive,
    causing malfunction.

Starting with version 1.10.13, the CELSYS folder is stored in a hidden folder, making it less susceptible to this issue.
Since the latest versions are also stored here,
if your CELSYS folder is in Documents, it's safer to move your user data folder to the location for version 1.10.13 or later from the Maintenance menu.

Since we don't know the exact data situation,
(It's difficult because posts containing personal information cannot be made on ASK),
it seems like it would be best to contact official support directly and have them look into it in detail.
