hello . I want to ask about something happened to me. I subscribed for a one year of clip studio pro iPad the annual version. But after three months I got the message that said my subscription is expire already like how!!! I didn’t even take half the year

13 days agoCheck and see if any money was actually taken from your bank account. Most likely your payment method was declined when Celsys tried to charge you after the three month free trial. If it was declined, go to https://ec.clip-studio.com/en-us and select "Details' next to your plan, and update the payment method.

When you first sign up for a subscription plan, you'll receive a three-month free trial.
>You won't be charged from the time you sign up until the end of the three-month free trial period.
The trial fee will be charged after the free trial period ends.
Before the three months were up, didn't you receive some kind of official notification from the company asking if you wanted to continue with the plan?
If you didn't give permission to continue after three months, your subscription will likely be automatically canceled.
Since ASK is a user forum, there is no one with authority to handle any procedures.
You should be able to use the service by renewing your subscription, but it would be best to contact official support just to be sure.
