It says there are no monthly plans available

When I checked at the Apple Store, I found that I had signed up for a subscription, but it said that I didn't have a monthly plan. It was working fine until yesterday, but now it's in trial writing mode.
Do I need to purchase an update plan or something to continue using it?

    Why not try this?

    The update plan applies to the unlimited version for Windows and Mac, so it cannot be used on iPad.

    Also, please check to see if you have another iPhone version installed on your iPad.
    If you don't need it, try uninstalling the iPhone version.
